The CRA is a Canadian federal agency that administers tax laws for the Government of Canada and for most provinces and territories. We’ll also explain where all your cash went and how much equity you are building in the business, review your company’s financial results, plan for the future, and e-file all the tax returns, GST returns, T4 slips (wages), T5 slips (dividends) and T5018 slips. At this stage, we make sure you get credit for all the deductions and write-offs you qualify for. While bookkeepers record the financial transactions of your business, accountants analyze the data and use it to generate reports and prepare financial reporting records, including tax returns, income statements and balance sheets.Īccounting involves creating the balance sheet, accruing for non-cash transactions and calculating the income taxes. You can lock the endpoints to constrain the length or angle, or to snap the line to the nearest 45° angle. To measure height and width, position the endpoints on the corners, then drag one endpoint to the opposite corner to measure the other dimension. Drag the endpoints to measure the distance. Instead, PixelStick displays a measuring line. There are no rulers to block your view of the screen. “I’ve used a number of different screen rulers over the years, including Free Ruler and the rulers in Art Directors Toolkit. PixelStick requires Mac OS X 10.6 or later. When measuring, position the endpoints inside the area to be measured. The easiest way to get both dimensions of an area is to position the endpoint exactly on top of the corner. After measuring the height (see example), the circle endpoint can be dragged over to the other corner to get the width. The pixel difference merely subtracts the coordinates. This is so that the actual size of the item being measured is reported. Thus pixel difference is 13 – 1 = 12.The pixel distance includes the width of the PixelStick endpoints. Note that if the diamond endpoint is at a position of y = 1, then the circle endpoint is at a position of y = 13. In the illustration below, the height of the picture is 13 pixels, so the distance is reported as 13.00. PixelStick reports both pixel distance and pixel difference. It’s like an onscreen virtual ruler that you can use vertically, horizontally and at any angle to measure distances (pixels), angles (degrees) and much more just by dragging. When you know the scale of the document you are measuring then you can create a custom scale to measure inches, miles, centimeters, microns, parsecs or lightyears. There are flourishes, of course - a blood smear here, a now bitterly ironic motivational slogan there - but even these can't rescue The Surge's various environments from feeling distinctly mundane. While the hallways, walkways and wire clad maintenance passages are all faithful recreations of what a Creo facility might look like, they do little to spark the imagination. The problem with setting a game in a functional industrial facility is that the environment behaves like one. While it's certainly not an ugly game, the environments in The Surge nonetheless feel drab and empty. The NPCs are incidental and while the audio logs give a sense of what things were like before everything went horribly wrong, they don't really help bring the world to life around you. Much of the story from that point is played out either in collectible audio logs or through encounters with NPCs, and it's a shame that neither really feels especially relevant to the environment or to the immediate problems Warren faces. From the moment a company issue exoskeleton is painfully grafted to his frame, however, it's evident that something has gone horribly wrong and that Warren is going to have to fight his way out if he wants to stand any chance of survival. The Surge starts promisingly enough, with a brief but punchy intro sequence - you're Warren, a man who has applied to work at high-tech corporation Creo in search of a better quality of life. Availability: Out now on PS4, Xbox One and PC.I quite liked it at first, but it slowly became symbolic of my time playing The Surge given enough repetitions it becomes dull and samey - a dispiriting inevitability couched in something that should, by rights, be thoroughly enjoyable. It's a hesitant, downbeat number that starts with the line 'I was born in a prison with no hope of escape'. It's tucked away in the OPs rooms you encounter - OPs rooms being the equivalent of Dark Souls' bonfires. A solid Soulslike that stops a few steps short of greatness.ĭespite its futuristic setting there's a strange, Willie Nelson-esque song in The Surge. You will need the Haccho Nenbutsu regardless, however, as it will need to be equipped in your second slot minimally in order to get all 6 bonuses of this Set. The Katana you want to use for this Build is either going to be the Haccho Nenbutsu, which is a part of Saika’s Yatagarasu Set, or any Katana that you really like the bonuses on. You can also use Dual Swords because they scale off these as well, though I’ll only be covering the Katana in this guide. You can put a few points into Dexterity as well to get some more Ninjutsu Capacity, but don’t place too many as it isn’t needed all that much.Īgile Archer Weapons, Armor & Accessoriesīecause your main Stats for this Build are Heart and Skill, it makes a lot of sense to use a Katana, since it scales off of both. Skill will boost your damage with both of these two, and also give you more Ki back when you Ki Pulse, along with a bunch of other bonuses. Heart is going to increase your Ki, and damage with Sword and Bow. The main Stats for this Build are Heart and Skill, but you’ll also need some Constitution in order to meet the requirements for armor, and you’ll be wearing Light Armor so extra Health doesn’t hurt. Katanas have a very defensive style of play because they lack the range that other weapons do, so you will always want to react to the enemy when engaged, and not play aggressively. Then you’ll bait attacks from the enemy until you have an opening and then have at it. Once you’ve isolated your tough Yokai you’ll begin by attacking the weakspot with a Bow in order to reduce its defenses and drain a fair amount of Ki. The way this Build works is that you will be picking off enemies with your Bow, healing yourself for a good amount of Health if you hit them in the head. This Set gives you Life Drain, Dodge Ki Reduction Cost, Melee Damage, Reduced Defense Ranged Weapon Hit, and Untouched Ammo +20% so that you can keep on shooting without running out of Arrows as quickly. Bows and Katanas both scale mainly off of Heart and Skill, which makes for a good pairing, especially when you use a Set that benefits both playstyles like Saika’s Yatagarasu. The Agile Archer uses a combination of Bow and Katana to take down enemies quickly and with precision. Nioh 2 Builds: Agile Archer (Katana & Bow) This Build will be updated as I reach higher levels of the game and more equipment becomes available. This is a starter/mid game Build meant for players just beginning Nioh 2, or for those that are early to mid game and are having trouble. I’ll be showing you where to place your Stats and Skill Points to get the maximum impact for this Build, as well what equipment to use, and which Guardian Spirit and Soul Cores to have. In this Nioh 2 Build Guide I’m going to show you how to play as an Agile Archer to take down enemies from range, or debuff them so that you can dispatch them quickly in melee. No matter what industry you’re in, it’s worth considering sprinkling some emojis into your posts. The ideal length for driving more interactions is 1–50 characters. However, a study by Quintly showed that for businesses using Instagram to connect with customers, short captions work better. Influencer and thought leadership profiles often use their captions as “microblogs” to boost time spent on the post and connect on a deep level with followers through long motivational captions. Your ideal caption word count depends on your brand and your goals. However, the study also found that longer captions had better engagement rates. According to a recent HubSpot/Mention study, around half of all Instagram posts have captions between 100 and 1,000 characters, which they consider the “sweet spot” brands should aim to stick to. There’s no right or wrong word count for Instagram captions. Instagram’s caption limit is 2,200 characters, but the captions are truncated at 125 characters-meaning the viewer must interact with the post and tap “more” to see longer captions in their entirety. Once you have a few captions you like, focus on experimenting with these three main elements of your Instagram captions to define and gauge what works best for your brand. Step 5: Experiment with caption elements to find what works best Copy.ai makes it easy to play around with your good captions by allowing you to edit every suggested caption by simply clicking on it. You can use these new caption suggestions to refine the original caption or even expand it. You’ll now see the Instagram Captions interface, where you can submit information about the post you want to create. Click on “Instagram Captions” to open the tool. Once you’ve entered the Copy.ai app, you can find the Instagram Captions tool on the Tools list, under Social Media Tools. Here’s how you can use our Instagram caption generator to get started: Step 1: Enter details about your Instagram post An Artificial Intelligence-powered Instagram caption generator can be a great tool for helping you kick-start this process and get your creative juices flowing. To write great Instagram captions for your brand, experiment to see what types of captions your audience responds to best over time. And according to the Head of Instagram, Adam Mosseri, the time people spend with Instagram photos and Instagram stories is a very important factor that the Instagram algorithm takes into consideration when ranking content. But your Instagram captions also play a huge role in getting people to stop scrolling and focus on your post.Ī well-written caption can encourage likes, comments, shares, and even website visits from your Instagram bio. How to use an Instagram caption generator to create catchy copy for your postsĬertainly, the visual aspect of your posts takes priority on Instagram. They facilitated the parallel analysis of millions of TCR and BCR (B cell receptor) sequences. ĭespite many ingenious methods, technical limitations have made it difficult for many years to create a comprehensive overview of TCR repertoires, until highly specific methods based on next-generation sequencing were developed. Correlation of antigen-specific T cells with their respective functional polarization and differentiation state provides further qualitative measures of protection and tolerance. It represents a reflection of the individual’s history of antigen exposures. All individual TCRs of a given individual comprise the TCR repertoire. They can therefore serve as biomarkers of host protection. Some of them will persist after a contraction phase to provide long-term immunological memory, i.e., against viral antigens. Clonally expanded T cells express the same unique TCR. Quantitative shifts in T cells with distinct T-cell receptors occur as a result of proliferation and thus clonal expansion in response to cognate antigens, which can originate from a plethora of microbial pathogens but also autoantigens. Long-lasting T- and B-cell responses are the hallmark of immunological memory. In order to help immunologists to choose from the vastness of available tools for their data analysis, this review addresses and compares commonly used bioinformatics tools for TCR repertoire analysis and illustrates the advantages and limitations of these tools from an immunologist’s perspective. Thus, researchers are now confronted with the issue of having to choose the right kind of approach to analyze, visualize and ultimately solve their task at hand. Many different tools and methods, specifically designed for various aspects of immunological research, have recently emerged. This requires a suite of highly sophisticated bioinformatics tools to leverage the meaning and complexity of the large datasets. Their interrogation yields large amounts of data. They serve as correlates of host protection and tolerance, as well as biomarkers of immunological perturbation by natural infections, vaccines or immunotherapies. T-cell receptor (TCR) repertoires carry comprehensive information on the history of an individual’s antigen exposure. The development of next-generation sequencing (NGS) and single-cell technologies also brought forth a revolution in the characterization of immune repertoires. Particularly the field of immunology has seen great strides in recent years. Over the last few years, there has been a rapid expansion in the application of information technology to biological data.
